The Extended warranty offer is only valid to limited time period and limited AOC TV model specified as below 

1. Free 2 years extended warranty offer is applicable on end user customer purchase of AOC TV model - LE32V30M6/61, LE40V50M6/61, LE43F60M6/61, LE49F60M6/61.

2. This offer is available for end user customer purchase made between Jan 12 th 2017 – March 31 st 2017 only.

3. End user customer has to register the Installation/Demo request for the TV purchased within aforesaid period and models before April 15 th 2017 on AOC Customer Care Number: 080-33231414.

4. End user customer has to share complete and correct correspondence address, contact number, purchasing date and AOC TV model number while registering Installation/Demo request.

5. Upon visit of AOC TV engineer to end user customer premise, customer needs to provide the engineer a copy of the invoice to verify the purchasing date and model number.

6. Upon TPV’s verification on meeting all aforesaid conditions, TPV will provide “extended warranty letter” to all the eligible case

7. To avail the extended warranty service, it is mandatory for the end user customer to provide the “extended warranty letter” while registering the extended warranty service request.

8. During the extended warranty period (3 rd & 4 th year), customer need to carry the defective TV to nearest Authorized Service Center. If customer wishes to have the authorized technician visit the customer site, customer may pay applicable service charges and avail the same.

9. Extended warranty is limited to the first purchase by end user customer of the aforesaid AOC TV only and that is non-transferable.

10. During any unexpected situation and spares not being available, in such scenario, TPV prevailing depreciation policy (subject to the sole discretion of TPV & could be change without prior notice) will be applied on the product as a solution.

11. Any Dealer/Distributor/Retailer is not authorized to change the terms of above extended warranty.
